The Calming Before Winterby ~GuyTal

As I wandered through this canyon off the beaten path, the soft light was enchanting. The autumn foliage was mostly underfoot and the chill of winter was in the air. The soft calming light made me think of the works of Charles Cramer.

God, you live in a beautiful place. Though I suppose anyone with your experience in photography could find such beauty wherever they lived. Of course, as I recall, you live in the Southwest, and that's always been especially wild and beautiful to me.

You consistently take breathtaking photographs; the colors in this one are just amazing.
